By submitting an estimate request, booking a cleaning, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Simone's Cleaning Service provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater Main Line area of Pennsylvania, including but not limited to Berwyn, Wayne, Malvern, and Paoli.
All services are performed personally by Simone, and occasionally her daughter Nicole. We do not use subcontractors or rotating crews.
The specific services to be performed will be agreed upon prior to each appointment. Pricing is based on the size of the space and the scope of work requested.
Estimates provided via our website, phone, or text are good-faith quotes based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition or scope of the job differs materially from what was described at the time of the estimate.
We will communicate any pricing adjustment to you before beginning work whenever reasonably possible. All services are subject to a minimum charge of $100. Commercial pricing is custom-quoted per job.

Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from Simone via phone, text, or email. Submitting an estimate request form does not automatically guarantee an appointment.
You are responsible for ensuring access to your home or business at the scheduled time. This may include providing a key, lockbox code, or garage access code in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee to compensate for the reserved time. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning service. We do not require payment in advance or a deposit.
